Seattle Center. It’s not really the center of Seattle but it holds the one thing that the entire world recognizes and knows to be our city…The Space Needle. The 74 acre campus offers education, culture and fun along with 17 acres of open space. Constantly used by all kinds of exhibitions, it’s an attraction for all. Consequently there is a grand support structure surrounding the park offering everything visitors or residents might desire.
Uptown neighborhood is also known as “Lower Queen Anne” and it encompasses the Center. Just at the base of the popular hill featuring majestic views and homes with an architectural flare this community is a great blend of busy city and quiet suburb. Its residents like a faster pace but prefer the separation that Denny & Broad provide from the bustle of Belltown and the neighborhoods further south. Shopping, work and play combine in a relaxed atmosphere to the north, east and west of the Center.
Numerous restaurants, bars, bistros, coffeehouses and friendly shops are awaiting your visit.
