What a delightful combination! Take an existing 1914 landmark building that housed a commercial laundry until 1950 and create 25 lovely tall-ceiling lofts. Each one provides the kind of light and space that brings out the best of artistic efforts. During the 2000 renovation, Driscoll Architects and U-Arc Design exposed the brick interiors, highlighted the oak beams and worked hard to retain the charm and history while adding modern finishes.
