Belltown

It’s easy to fall in love with this neighborhood just north of the downtown core. You’ll be impressed with all of the wide tree-lined streets throughout the large level zone between 1st & 5th and from Lenora & Denny. The western edge borders Elliott Avenue where cool breezes blow past the Olympic Sculpture Park. You’ll notice how the sun beams in around the less obtrusive buildings and how varied is the style of each structure.

Belltown has a friendly residential atmosphere right on the cusp of the downtown business frenzy but you’ll find lots of nighttime action especially on 1st & 2nd Avenues.

Best is the wide array of restaurants, sidewalk cafes and bars making this community a popular place to live.
