Bay Vista, built in 1982, was one of the first high rise residential towers in Belltown. The first five of its 24-stories contains lobbies, retail and commercial space and secures the entire block on Second Avenue between Broad and Clay. There are four parking levels beneath the concrete, steel and masonry building. Homes begin on floor seven and have as few as five, four or two units per floor. 24-hour door staff and free guest parking are just two more features offered.
One of very few addresses with zoning laws created to protect views for Bay Vista residents.
Views are not the only thing this grand dame complex is known for. The 6th floor is spectacular! The sports court, swimming pool, hot tub and running track are special treats but the truly wonderful features are the several decks of beautiful 20 year old gardens created by landscaper Robert Chittock. Its a breathtakingly peaceful oasis loaded with natural beauty, sparkling views and a magnificent place to host a party.
