Pricing – A comparative market analysis that will determine your home’s true value range. We work together to determine a starting price and a back-up plan.
Paperwork – It’s not too difficult–except that pesky Disclosure Statement (Form 17). It’s tough to understand and finish properly. I help. I also walk you through your estimated expenses including: Title fees, commissions, excise tax, closing costs, escrow fees, etc. Your estimated net proceeds is also established.
Photography – I only use the best photos to represent you on the web. I pay for a professional to provide an end product you’ll love!
Representing You All the Way to Closing – I weave you through negotiating offers; understanding FHA, VA or USDA loans, make the inspection period manageable, the signing process and finally closing/possession. You’re the boss. I’m with you all the way so you perform at your best.
