Dave Tribble was born and raised in Seattle’s northend. His dad bought a new construction, split-level home in the Marysville of yester-year….Shoreline. The school district was brand new, yards were large and you could get 2200+ square feet of house for $19,000. His street was packed with kids.
Dave did a lot of traveling in his jobs after college and whenever he had a chance, he’d drive the neighborhoods of whatever town he was visiting and looked at houses. Always pulling sales brochures to learn how position, product and pricing (the three most crucial factors) varied between regions, cities and districts. Dave has been somewhat of a real estate geek for a long time.
In 2001, Dave made it official and signed on with Windermere. He’s sold all over the Puget Sound Region from Maple Valley to Mt. Baker and from Carnation to Camano. Downtown Seattle and the northend have always been his first love and he’d love to show you what he knows.
